How Does One Technique Work With So Many Different Challenges

Tapping helps get to the core place where the energy imbalanced and the emotions are stuck. So whether you are tapping it for fear, guilt, cravings, pain, anxiety or some other concern tapping helps to neutralize the emotions in the presence of the concern.
EFT tapping rewires, or retrains your brain. Neuroscience shows every experience you have creates a memory. This memory encodes your brain with an emotional, electrical charge. This charge creates a groove (neural pathway) in the brain signaling a physical response. So every time you're reminded of that memory or even a similar memory it triggers the ingrained emotional and physical response.
For example, the ingrained response may cause you to feel back pain from a car accident that happened 10 years ago even though your body's physically healed. Or the ingrained response could cause you to react in the same negative way from an outside stressor...repeating the emotional/physical stress response once again.
